Enrolments

Enrolments are OPEN for the 2027 school year. 

 

Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Southern Grove Primary School.

Southern Grove Primary is a local intake school. Priority for enrolment is given to students whose families reside within the designated Southern Grove Primary local intake area, as determined by the Department of Education.

To submit an Application for Enrolment, parents are required to provide up to three forms of proof of residency. Acceptable documents may include:

​

• A current City of Gosnells rates notice

• A current lease or rental agreement (covering at least three months from the enrolment commencement date)

• A current electricity account or connection notice

• A current gas account or connection notice

• A driver’s licence showing your current address

​

To assist the school in determining eligibility under the enrolment criteria, the following supporting documents must also be provided:

​

• Birth certificate

• Immunisation History Statement (available through Medicare)

• Visa and passport documentation or Australian Citizenship documentation (where applicable)

As part of our enrolment process, families will be invited to attend an interview with the Principal, along with their child. This meeting provides an opportunity for us to get to know your child, understand their individual strengths and needs, and ensure we can provide the appropriate support for a successful start at Southern Grove Primary School.

Please note that under the Education Act 1999 (Division 2.20), the principal may cancel an enrolment if false or misleading information is provided. It is also essential that the school is notified immediately of any change of address.
